  Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining US and International sales relationships. The candidate will develop and implement a marketing plan which will meet the business goals of Parabit’s expanding customer base. Candidate Requirements:

  Firmware Engineer – Embedded Systems Designer

Manufacturer of complex access control systems is looking for an experienced Firmware Engineer to participate in all aspects of the design and maintenance of firmware for its products. You will need to demonstrate the ability to use appropriate development tools, compilers, and simulation. Must be capable of working within a team environment to plan, organize, execute and thoroughly document complex system designs. Test and debug skills are necessary; must understand interoperability of hardware and software. Must be able to manage and support multiple tasks on a consistent basis, while providing the highest level of service. Good verbal and writing skills are necessary.

Full life-cycle software development; programming to include conceptual design, general coding, release to manufacturing testing, and quality assurance. You will need to be able to produce final release software for manufacturing including associated documentation. You will need to demonstrate the ability to use appropriate development tools, compliers, and simulation. Must be capable of working within a team environment to plan, organize, execute and thoroughly document complex system designs. Test and debug skills are necessary; must understand interoperability of hardware and software.

  Human Resource Generalist

Summary:

As a human resource generalist for Parabit Systems, you will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. Analytical thinking is an important asset, as you are often required to prioritize your own work, and develop processes that monitor progress and performance for the company. You will need to be very organized, and exude a positive image that reflects well on the company.

Essential Functions

Work Environment

  Inbound Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven Inbound Marketing Specialist to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting website traffic, converting that traffic into marketing-qualified leads, and nurturing those leads into closed customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish. Overall, you will have a big impact on the company’s digital footprint, market awareness, subscriber lists and leads. Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage rich digital assets (e.g.: blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, guides, templates, webinars, info-graphics, etc.) and related content that drives website traffic
  • Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and lead generation; manage and improve organic search engine performance based on click-through rates, website traffic, and conversions

Parabit is seeking Field Technicians to join our New York Metro Team. Candidates must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Access Control and Analog/IP Surveillance Systems. Knowledge or Door Lock/Exit Equipment; Magnetic Locks, Door Strikes, Touch Door Release Bars, Mechanical Door Release Bars, REX Motion, Exit Button and Key Override Switches and related power supplies. Knowledge of: PC based systems; Kiosks and Digital Signage and Analog Telephone equipment.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience with Installation and Service of:
    • ATM Lobby Card Access Control Systems
    • Door Lock/Exit Hardware
    • Analog and IP CCTV Surveillance Systems
    • Cable Pulls to Local and National Electrical Codes
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience with: Operation of power tools (Drills, Sawzall, Jig and Chop Saws, Grinders, etc.) and equipment in a safe, responsible and confident manner

Job Purpose:

Responsible for operating press brake on machine. Fits and fabricates structural steel, completes layout, and inspects finished product; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.

Duties:

  • Operate press brake machine.
  • Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
  • Use a CNC controller to input information into machine.
  • Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints.
  • Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring instruments.
  • Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.
  • Work with tight tolerances.
  • Produce parts for assembly operations.
