TELEPHONE KIOSKS

Parabit’s telephone kiosks provide highly visible customer assistance. A convenient reliable self-service solution, they can administer internal or external services or be used in conjunction with advertising to generate revenue. ADA compliant and available with a braille phone directory, they are constructed of the highest grade vandal resistant materials and can be powder coated any color.

PASSENGER SELF-SERVICE KIOSKS

Self-service kiosks speed up the check-in process, reducing long lines and wait times. Allowing multiple airlines and their passengers to utilize the same kiosk, existing space can be used more efficiently, increasing airport capacity.

KIOSK MONITORING

Parabit’s Event Messages Receiver (EMR) is a Windows® application that displays status messages received by Parabit's AXSView message transceiver service. AXSView is capable of monitoring hundreds of kiosks simultaneously for system health, peripheral status and real-time kiosk updates, and EMR can sent immediate alerts to the appropriate parties whenever user-defined triggers are met.
